Responsibilities:
Answering phones Excellent phone etiquette a MUST Excellent time management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent documentation and detail orientation.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office) Support Nursing and members of the care management team Notify all team members of the change in status for clients and caregivers Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all partiesClient and caregiver documentation in scheduling softwareResponds to questions regarding client and caregiver schedulesConfirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time and holidaysDocument skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clientsUpdate the office team on scheduling issues and HR recruitment needsPerform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management teamMaintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for clients and caregiversMaintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees and clientsScheduling and Computer-use experience preferredHome care and administrative work experience preferredStrong customer service skillsAbility to work well with deadlines and a sense of urgencyPositive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close, team environmentCaregiver charting and system profile Support, recruiting and interviewingNew client intake - (telephone intake uses designated form)Caregiver technology setup and maintenance (Axiscare)Caregiver/client introduction (interviews and appointments)Salary:
